dr. Dalibor Kraljik
Dr. Dalibor Kraljik was born in 1984 in Našice. He completed his undergraduate four-year theology studies at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek in 2006, and his master's degree in theological studies in the field of Systematic theology at the same institution in 2008. In 2016, he received his doctorate from the Faculty of Theology, University of Ljubljana, with a dissertation in the field of Catholic dogmatic theology.
From 2008 to 2014, he worked at ETS, where he taught courses in the fields of systematic theology, methodology of scientific work, and Christian ethics, was a mentor and examiner of student theses, coordinated courses in systematic theology and Christian ethics in the extension study program, served as an assistant to the dean in coordinating the master's degree program, and worked as a librarian and head of the library.
Since 2018, he has been an external lecturer at the Bible Institute in Zagreb, and in the period from 2021 to 2023, he worked as a research associate and lecturer at the Institute, where in 2022 he was elected to the scientific title of research associate in the scientific field of humanities, the field of theology, while at the same time he held the title of assistant at ETS, and then from 2023, the title of lecturer.
Dr. Kraljik is the author of scientific, professional and popular articles, a book reviewer, columnist, preacher and translator, and currently serves as the dean of ETS, assistant editor of the Evangelical theological journal Kairos, secretary general of the Protestant Evangelical Council in the Republic of Croatia and vice president of the Evangelical Theological Society in Croatia.

dr. Gregory S. Thellman
Greg teaches courses in New Testament exegesis, hermeneutics, the Jewish and Greco-Roman context of the New Testament and early Christianity, and biblical eschatology. His research interests include apocalyptic discourse in biblical literature and its understanding in early Christianity, the formation of the gospels and their acceptance and use as scripture for Christian mission, and the intersection of critical biblical exegesis with spiritual discipline and formation in Christian community.
He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented numerous papers at international symposia, and is a member of professional societies in Europe and the United States. He is the founder of the association ISKUS (Institute for the Study of Christian Discipleship and Worldview), which aims to be a catalyst for the integration of faith, learning and work. He lives in Osijek with his wife Lidija and their five children, where he actively serves in the local church.

dr. David Kovačević
Dr. David Kovačević completed his training as a religious teacher at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek in 2008, and graduated from the same Seminary, the same year with a degree in theology. He received his doctorate in theology from the doctoral program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, USA.
Dr. Kovačević's work experience includes serving as a deacon and Sunday school teacher in the Church of God in the Republic of Croatia since 2009, and since 2014, after passing the professional exam for the profession of an evangelical religious teacher, he has been teaching Sunday school at the Tordinci Elementary School in Tordinci and since 2016 at the Zrinskih Elementary School in Nuštar. He actively participates in the organization and implementation of the social event "Valley of Blessings" in Vukovar, which is organized once a month, also organized by the Church of God in the Republic of Croatia and the Church of Christ in the Republic of Croatia.
Since 2011, he has been teaching the following courses at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek: Introduction to Systematic Theology, Christology and Soteriology, Pneumatology and Ecclesiology, Eschatology. At the same time, he serves as Vice-Dean for Student Affairs and Practicum Leader, and is a member of the Committee for the Theses Defense. He is a contributor to the theological journals “Kairos”, “Pleroma” and the journal “Izvori”.
Julijana Mladenovska-Tešija
Ms. Julijana Mladenovska-Tešija was born in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, where she graduated in philosophy from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Philosophy, in 1992 and attended the master's degree program at the Balkan Center for Peace Studies at the same University (1997-1999), and in 2007 she received her master's degree in theology from the Evangelical Theological Seminary with the thesis "On Violence and Nonviolence - the Philosophical, Theological and Political Significance of Romans 12 to 15". She also received additional education at the University of Oslo (1998) and the Nansen Academy in Lillehamer, Norway (1996) in the field of peace, nonviolence and conflict resolution, and at the London School of Public Affairs in the aforementioned field (2001).
At the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, she has worked as an assistant for the course Introduction to Philosophy since 2007, the course Philosophy of Religion since 2008, the Research and Writing Methodology since 2010, and for the elective courses Anthropology, Theory of Knowledge, and Media Communication also since 2010. Since 2018, she has been teaching these same courses as a lecturer. She has also been leading cooperation projects with religious communities, the civil sector, local government, and the academic community since 2013. It is worth mentioning that in the period from 2016 to 2021, she participated in the organization of the Osijek Doctoral Colloquium - a summer school, which brings together students from Europe and beyond to research and write their doctoral theses. Furthermore, she is an organizer of student conferences.
She is currently enrolled in a doctorate program at Utrecht University.
Maja Seguin
Ms. Maja Séguin, completed her training as a catechist at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek in 2006, and graduated in theology the same year.
The lecturer's practical work experience includes serving as a catechist at the Baptist Church in Slavonski Brod, the Baptist Church in Osijek, and the Evangelical Pentecostal Church "Radosne vijesti" in Osijek between 2006 and 2014.
In addition to working in administration since 2006, she has been working as an assistant to the dean at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek since 2010, and since 2014/15 she has been responsible for developing academic plans and hiring full-time and visiting lecturers. Since 2011, she has taught courses in English for theologians, as well as courses in General Pedagogy, Lifelong Learning, Practical Teaching Methods, Classroom Management and Discipline, and Prevention of Abuse and Risky Behavior.
At the Evangelical Theological Seminary, she developed a program within the theological study program with elective courses for specialization in Christian Pedagogy and Catechesis, which has been successfully completed by about ten students since the academic year 2018/19.
She completed her graduate studies in Applied Linguistics at the University of Birmingham, UK. She is a member of the Association of Teachers of English (HUPE), the Croatian Society for Applied Linguistics (HDPL), and the Evangelical Theological Society (ETD).
Judita Paljević Kraljik
Judita Paljević Kraljik is an assistant at the Evangelical Theological Seminary and Head of the Institute for Christian Music and Worship.
She received her education and title of Master of Music in 2010 after completing her graduate studies in piano at the Academy of Music, University of Zagreb. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Music degree at the same University.
From 2021 to 2022, she took elective courses as part of the Lifelong Learning program at the Evangelical Theological Seminary.
She gained work experience at the music school in Križevci, where she was a piano teacher, accompanist, administrative class teacher, and head of the piano department for many years. In her musical career, she founded musical associations, a church choir, organized competitions, wrote five original musicals, and recorded a CD.
In the field of theological sciences, she has taught a series of lectures on the topic The World of Jesus of Nazareth organized by the Bible Institute in Zagreb, taught weekend lectures on selected topics in the series Journey through the Bible with Ray Vander Laan, and worked as an assistant at the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Piano Language.
She is the Head of the Institute for Christian Music and Worship through which she organizes cultural events and conferences at the Seminary.
dr. Aleksandar Apostolovski
Dr. Aleksandar Apostolovski was born in Skopje, North Macedonia. Due to his exceptional academic abilities, he completed his undergraduate four-year theology degree at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in 2006, after studying for three years, and in 2008, he also completed his Master of Theology degree (Biblical Theology) with summa cum laude honors at the same institution. He continued his academic education at Wheaton College, USA (2008) and Tyndale House, University of Cambridge (2013), and received his PhD from the University of Aberdeen in 2020. He has received several academic awards and scholarships for excellence at the aforementioned institutions.
From 2008 to 2011, he worked at the Seminary where he taught courses in the field of the Old Testament, and was a mentor and examiner of student thesis. From 2012 to 2013, he worked as a researcher at the Balkan Institute for Faith and Culture in Skopje, North Macedonia. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a video production tutor for STEP projects at Tyndale House in Cambridge, where he also served as a software translation coordinator. Since 2014, he has been teaching courses at the Evangelical Theological Seminary as an assistant, and then since 2023, in a full-time teaching position.
Dr. Aleksandar Apostolovski has a significant contribution in conference presentations and scientific papers.
dr. Melody J. Wachsmuth
Dr. Melody Joy Wachsmuth, born in the United States, completed her undergraduate studies in 1997, followed by her graduate studies in cultural studies at Fuller Theological Seminary in 2008, and her graduate studies in theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in 2009. She received her doctorate in 2020 from the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies with a dissertation entitled “Understanding Identity and Social Change through Narrative: With Special Reference to Romani Pentecostalism in Croatia and Serbia”.
At the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, Croatia, she teaches courses in the fields of missiology, faith and environmental care, and research methods.
She is a member of the professional organizations International Association of Mission Studies; Central and Eastern European Association for Mission Studies; Romani Studies Academic Network, and Gypsy Lore Society.
She is the founder and editor of the journal Evangelical Theological Dialogue since 2009, and has participated in various academic interfaith events since 2007. She was on the organizing committee of the interfaith gathering InterSem (2010), which included Jews, Catholics, and Evangelical Christians. She has participated and presented at several international conferences, published a dozen scholarly and professional articles, and is the recipient of the Ministry Magazine Award in 2010 for her work entitled “Philemon: Social Implications of Transformative Relationships.”
She is currently a lecturer and a member of the board of directors of the Roma Bible School, and one of the founders of the Friends of A Rocha Croatia association.
