Types of lifelong learning programs are differentiated programs in the process of acquiring an academic title; program of acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies within an accredited study program; advanced training programs with and without ECTS credits, and other programs.

  1. Differentiated programs are programs whose completion qualifies participants to apply for admission to an undergraduate or graduate program.
  2. Programs of acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies within an accredited study program is a form of lifelong learning in which participants who do not have student status enroll and take exams in individual subjects within an existing accredited study program.
  3. Advanced training programs with and without ECTS credits can be lecture cycles, seminars, courses, workshops, and the like.

A lifelong learning program allows participants to enroll in one or more courses offered from existing undergraduate and graduate study programs, depending on the participants’ previous academic preparation.

Participants in the program can fully participate in classes for credit points or only as listeners.

In the Seminary’s lifelong learning program, anyone with at least a four-year high school diploma can take courses without enrolling in a degree program. Interested parties can register for one or more courses offered in semesters and will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of all course requirements.
