Members of the Management Board
The managing board manages the Seminary, protecting the legitimate interests of students, lecturers, employees and the co-founders of the Seminary. The managing board has five members, and it takes care of the implementation of activities of the Seminary in accordance to the Law on Science and higher education, by the Founding documents, and the Statute of the Seminary. It is also responsible for the rational use of material, financial and human resources, makes by-laws in accordance with the Statute, makes the Statute of the School, adopts the yearly financial budget, decides on the contracts, the necessary investments and equipment procurement, gives consent to the dean for the conclusion of legal transactions over 5.000 Euro, brings the codex of the Seminary, and performs other tasks prescribed by the law.

Council of Seminary
The Council consists of lecturers, staff and students in accordance with the Statute. The Council has the following authority, duties and responsibilities: accepts and tracks the Curriculum performance approved by the relevant Ministry, approves changes in the Curriculum in accordance with the needs of the Seminary, evaluates the results of academic, scientific and professional work, takes care of the educational, research and professional development of teaching and professional staff, elects professional committees for conducting academic rankings at the Seminary, under the dean’s supervision takes care of proper function of the Seminary, provides order and discipline, gives an opinion in the recognition of previously passed exams at other higher institutions, performs other duties specified by the law and Statute.
