Seminar for Erasmus Coordinators Held

Published: November 7, 2024

From October 28 to 30, 2024, the seminar “Emphasizing Virtual and Inclusive Dimensions of the Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)” was held in Zagreb, organized by the Erasmus+ National Agencies of Croatia, Serbia, and Romania, and intended for Erasmus coordinators.

The seminar was attended by around 50 participants from all three countries, including our Erasmus coordinator, Edita Plaščak.

The goal of the seminar was to inform coordinators about the latest developments in organizing and implementing programs, introduce them to best practices of higher education institutions that have already conducted these types of programs, and facilitate networking and partnership formation with other institutions. Participants engaged in plenary sessions and workshops focused on creating BIP programs.

This workshop model proved to be an excellent way to think outside the usual frameworks and patterns—both in defining topics and finding partners. The aim was to encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones, not limiting themselves to partnerships within the same category but also exploring potential collaboration with other disciplines, even those that might initially seem incompatible. The goal was to identify common interests and opportunities for cooperation.
